Level Two (Business Academy Programme) is for professionals with at least 3-4 years of experience in their area of expertise. Clients include lawyers, technology consultants, financial advisors, executive coaches and other specialists.

The Academy is our flagship programme that covers the core steps needed to get started, win your first client and start living your dream life.

As an online services business owner understanding your why is critical to everything else that follows in your business. Without this, you will not have a strong basis upon which to build your business on.

Whether you aim to target businesses or consumers, having a clear understanding of who you are targeting is essential for attracting the right type of leads and ultimately making sales.

  • Understanding Your Customer Maturity, Journey and Personas

  • Defining Your Profitable Niche and Standing Out 

Month Three: Building your WHAT

What is it that you will sell? And how do you do that in a way that will generate regular income? It is essential to create a compelling offering that clients will want to buy, as well as implement the right business model for long term growth.

  • Choosing The Right Business Model For Your Business

  • Building Your Offer and  Unique Framework

  • Defining Your Brand Positioning and Identity 

  • Creating Your Lead Generation (Sales) Materials

What You Get 

  • Weekly live group coaching calls covering each of the topics 

  • Tasks, activities and projects to complete in between the sessions

  • 1:1 calls to discuss progress, have a sounding board, share concerns and get feedback

  • High-level support in between sessions if you have further questions
